The process on getting started with Proactive Bookkeeping Services;

 

 We can meet you on your premises or have a discussion over the phone. This can be during business hours or after hours.

 

Discuss your individual needs. Do you want to run a file? What help would you need? Do you want the file in the Cloud or on your desktop?

 

Talk to your Financial Accountant or Tax Agent to get a chart or accounts, if the Accountant has any preferences. This could reduce your Accounting Fees.

 

Set up your MYOB or Xero File.

 

Train you or your staff on site or provide phone support training.

Assist with processing weekly, monthly, quarterly or project based.

         -Payroll

         -Sales

         -Bank Reconciliation

         -Debtors Statements

         -Reconcile ATO portal, if we are acting as your BAS Agent

         -Set up payment plans with ATO, if we are acting as your BAS Agent

         -Prepare your BAS

         -Send file to your Accountant or Tax Agent if you wish them to prepare your BAS

 

Implement any changes in processing from the Tax Agent or Accountant:

         -Business % or expenses

         -Depreciation 

 

Put end-of-year journals or session reports into the file.

Compare Financial supplied from Accountant to Financials in Xero or MYOB.

Set up a historical file for you.

Roll Financial year or lock file depending on the software and your needs.
